At Church, we discussed the Silent Prayer, anger, forgiveness of parents, and the reality that if you don’t have love, you have nothing.

During the service, Jesse asked a couple of young ladies to read the Bible passage 1 Corinthians 13: 1-3, about love. One girl feels nervous, because she says “um” a lot. She said that her mother criticized her in a way that made her self-conscious. So she compared herself to other kids who read faster. Another woman read from her father’s “Jehovah’s Witness Bible.” (Fortunately he didn’t traumatize her with the religion. She said, “It’s a little different.” He adopted it after he remarried and was out of the home.)
