1 Warning, Encouragement

(0:02:11) Thinking you have it, you don’t.  You will not regret it if you stay with it. Work and pay attention. (0:04:51) All human beings are addicted to… false self. 

(0:05:29) Beginning of waking up: Painful. Wanna cry. After the storm has passed, you don’t think as much about how difficult it is. Then you’re free. Make up your mind to go through it no matter what. (0:06:51) Devil told a friend not to go to men’s forum… you’ll get talked out of coming. (0:09:02) Stay with it, stay with it, stay with it. Gotta travel this journey alone. Fun but difficult. 

(0:10:28) Had no one to talk to on the journey (that I didn’t know I was on). So difficult. Didn’t have a choice. Nothing to go back to. Easier and easier. (0:12:09) Surprised: The more you give the more you get. JLP sings… The more you give of your fallen nature, the more you get back. 

(0:14:16) Crazy you can be asleep and not know it. It’s like you’re high! You don’t even know that you don’t know! No wonder Christ said, Forgive them. They know not what they do. Stay with it. Watch out for the tempter. He’ll accuse you and condemn you. Be aware — a sign, it’s always about the past and future. 

2 Assignment? Judging church ladies 

(0:16:18) Assignment? Didn’t know it, didn’t ask husband: Mind was in a stupid situation. Friend invited me to a church sisters’ retreat. A mess. Devil a liar… I hadn’t been to a Bible-thumping church in years. Redundant. 

(0:18:37) Judging the pastor and church ladies… (0:21:00) JLP: They can’t see. (0:22:17) She wanted to finish judging people. What a mess! 

3 Male vs man, female vs woman 

(0:22:53) Another man: Assignment? Neither week, no. Don’t remember. JLP: These assignments are given to help you remember. (0:23:27) He had a similar experience, group of men debating: Male vs man, female vs woman. Male/female are undeveloped, asleep. Start to wake up, become a man, or woman. (0:24:40) … More about the difference… Going through that… Man tried to watch himself, not argue. (0:26:32) JLP: Never use the truth to try and hurt someone. That’s just getting a thrill. Showing up on TV debates. Jesus never tried to hurt anyone with the truth. 

4 Assignment: Quietly live in your hell… 

4a (0:27:58) Assignment, continued… (0:30:22) JLP: Slow down… Emotions seem faster than the thoughts. Alexis made homemade chocolate chip cookies. I caught myself, tasted it, and realized i could wait until after the meeting. 

(0:31:44) Young man: I was dissatisfied with the way I did it. The anticipation was worse. Why didn’t you do it all week? What’s disappointment feel like? “Why didn’t I endure?” What was the purpose of being disappointed? For future anticipation. “I could’ve done it.” (0:34:38) Who was disappointed? “Who? … Me.” (0:35:50) I still don’t understand how the thought comes first, then the emotions. (0:36:46) I caught myself being angry, and I stopped. (0:37:54) Who was disappointed? Who told you you were? 

4b (0:38:38) JLP: The evil spirits do a game on you. “I’m disappointed.” You’re still identifying with a false self, with evil. There is no “I” to be disappointed. It’s telling you that! When the I (you) disappears, the real you will appear. Every ego is about “I.” Another game the Devil plays. …. (0:41:43) … Right now you can’t build the house without having to invite everybody over. Gonna be fine either way. (0:42:29) Fear of ghosts. 

5 More judgmental 

(0:43:42) Ryan: Did the assignment? “Yes and no.” … (0:46:35) Would go the whole day and forget the assignment. I judge myself for participating in politics. Self: “I’m an idiot.” (0:48:18) The you you think you are is the liar, the one giving bad ideas. (0:48:43) JLP: I’d think y’all were crazy! Who’s gonna say, “That’s not me. That’s not you.” (0:49:43) The assignments … I don’t share this. (0:50:41) Ryan on the church retreat story. Seeing special needs people, vs church people. 

6 Property loss scares: Rest in the misery! 

(0:53:08) Asian guy has security cameras up. He saw something, and was hit with fear of losing something. I rest in it. An unwanted guest. It was delusional! (0:55:35) JLP: rest in it! Asian guy: Golf. Forgot some things in the golf cart. (0:57:16) All the stuff that wasn’t even necessary. (0:57:30) JLP: Gym with friend of mine. Fancy water bottles, Trump hat. He forgot it at the cafe but thought they stole it! Rest in the misery! 

7 Doug: Kept my mouth shut 

(1:00:01) Doug: Quietly something in hell. Bark back. But I sat and somehow kept my mouth shut. (1:01:20) JLP: The worst thing that can ever happen to evil: Stop fighting. Don’t overreact. Evil spirits cannot handle you not fighting back. (1:03:37) JLP: Anyone who has anger is crazy, mentally ill. Evil is illness. No love. Everybody crazy, until you start to overcome. Smoke pot… 

(1:04:10) JLP story: Had to run a guy off. Man all comfortable. “You can’t stay here.” He gave me the finger. “I don’t care about that.” He’s all, I own the whole world. He asked for money for cigarettes. I didn’t get angry at him, and that stopped him from getting worse. 

JLP: For Doug not to respond, Jesus was in the house. (1:05:55) Doug: Quickly I turn down opportunity. No is the first thing out of my mouth. Double-minded person, unstable in all his ways. “Making myself do it,” if that’s the right word. Benefit is great. (1:07:00) Consciously communicating, not identifying with it. 

(1:07:20) Franky going on-and-on… can’t see it’s not you.  (1:08:17) You will see it’s not you. Stop calling this false self you. God doesn’t need you to believe this. You just wanna come out of your hell. Something different, without knowing what. Don’t name what you want. 

(1:09:27) JLP: Opportunities always given to the children of God. But b/c you’re double-minded, you find a reason not to take them. It’s leading to something else… you’re afraid. Don’t worry about the outcome. 

8 Other men: Forgetting to be present. Prayer. 

(1:10:11) Another Asian man… almost checked into a psych ward. (1:12:42) JLP… Pray without ceasing. Don’t forget to be present. Trying to put prayer above everything else now… (1:13:59) JLP on prayer… Speaking on remembering to be present too. As long as you are present you are in prayer. 

(1:14:56) JLPtalk on X, Anyone who’s angry is evil. “Jesus was angry.” How about Cain and Abel? (1:16:22) JLP interviewed an Orthodox preacher who said, “Jesus is God.” He was told it, and it stuck. 

(1:17:45) Randy on Assignment … addicted to sitting in hell…? Satisfaction or spike of joy in catching it. JLP: You don’t wanna call it something. Saw road rage, Devil’s License, it gets worse, you become another person. Woman who did a crazy crash some time back. Man hit his head on the pole. (1:21:18) People call anger good. (1:21:36) What change do you see in yourself, slowly but surely? (1:22:20) JLP: Don’t judge it when you go unconscious. Just come back! (1:22:44) Son, what a beta, loser. 

9 Raymond: Don’t have to judge myself, finally 

(1:23:36) Raymond did it. Realizing I don’t have to judge my mistakes in the past. (1:25:34) JLP been yelling at him for years. 

10 BQ? Assignment? Just you and God 

(1:26:27) Young lady doesn’t know the BQ nor assignment — put everything before God. (1:27:19) Alexis on BQ… ( Biblical Question: What would happen if you neither agreed nor disagreed with others?)  (1:29:15) JLP: You are alone, even if you’re dating or married. The woman has to take this journey herself. “Just you and God.” (1:30:30) JLP: You’re OK with living alone. It disappears. 

11 …Overcoming past hardship? 

(1:31:24) Young lady Victoria’s first time here. Her bro’s been talking about Jesse the past few years, started playing sermons and videos in the car. There’s a Korean-Filipino baby out there, daughter named after Jesse Lee. Right on, Steve. She just moved 15 mins away… (1:32:33) Victoria on BQ … (1:33:14) Forgave her mother… (1:34:04) How do you overcome hardships in the past and move past them? 

(1:34:29) Alexis… Love breakup? Any kind of hardship… Another young lady… More feedback… (1:37:49) Randy: You don’t. They’re just memories. (1:38:21) Man: The only thing linking you to it is your thoughts. Let those go. 

(1:38:57) JLP: Just a memory… Gonna tell you what things used to be. You become emotional about it… Live with it. Be aware, let the thoughts pass, and it’ll be gone. Just an illusion. Don’t put on Whitney Houston (1:40:24) JLP sings. Victoria brings up forgiveness. Don’t blame the person. You got into the relationship, if it was a love thing. Two egos fighting. All you have is right now. 

(1:41:43) Moved from Seattle to L.A., from hell to hell! 

12 Learning from mistakes? Insane! 

(1:42:05) Ryan: Learning from your mistakes? JLP: Insane! You’ll repeat the same thing over again! 

(1:42:42) Colin: Assignment? (1:43:50) Bill from Detroit, all done. 

(1:44:31) Lucas, been doing that for three weeks now… (1:45:37) 9yo niece “not a sinner,” but brother insists she is. 

13 Elon vs Trump fight: Thoughts? 

(1:46:36) JLP: We’ve been taught wrong in how to live… Wanted to ask this… (1:46:54) Fight between Elon Musk and Trump? Not to be for politics. (1:48:03) Lucas (1:49:01) Raymond: 4D chess aimed at the media … (1:50:10) JLP: Whether real or not, it’ll happen to you. I encourage you not to fight back. 

14 Taught wrong 

(1:51:48) JLP: You have an enemy, wants to control your soul. Nobody’s parents love their children. They taught you the wrong way how to live. They made you believe you’re something/someone you’re not, and need to be something. (1:53:25) Living an illusion! Everybody should go to the hospital (psych ward) … Don’t get an identity from the house, etc. That’s not freedom. 

(1:54:55) Stop calling yourself anything. Let go of all identities. … Don’t have to get married!
