BOND Sunday Service, originally aired October 5, 2008: Jesse Lee Peterson leads a Church discussion on the economic crisis, bailouts, welfare, and dishonest politicians left and right. Early in the meeting, a woman talks about personal and relationship issues, and how they affect her spiritually. 

Then various people talk about the state of the country, touching on the false promises offered by both Republicans and Democrats. We can’t really trust any “leader,” including presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain, and vice presidential candidates Joe Biden and Sarah Palin. Christians should pay attention to themselves and their own lives, and also the world around them, so that they can make the right decisions about the direction to go.
