3B - Trouble forgiving chaotic parents…
(0:20:07) - Tried forgiving mother and father a month ago — his dad isn’t into releasing his anger. He’s done it three times. He carried a lot of anger as a kid — mother left… Dad a drunk, met him at 8, mistreated us badly. It was chaotic. Sat them both down — I practiced it. (0:22:03) - Dad asked why I’m staying away from the family. Always drinking, gossip.

It’s just a thought, an illusion — there’s no you! Building another false self!

(1:54:25) - Son in baseball, not liking it, I embarrassed the coach… he confronted me at my car. The kids are just 9 years-old. No hatred. Just let him know, and he’s been better with the whole team.
