01 – Small talk… Welcome

(0:04:06) JLP Story of a man advising people to find herbs alone. (0:06:12) Assignments. You will be healed. Pray. … Breakup? Fine! (0:09:22) You won’t give up the fight. 

(0:10:26) Family member called up, very depressed. Never took my advice. (0:11:26) “I’m gonna take my life.” OK, why you telling me! I don’t feel sorry for you. Then they started laughing. It’s stupid to feel bad about somebody. It’s a gift. Unlike mama — she puts expectations on you. God lets you do what you want. (0:13:45) Unlike the Civil Rights movement — they try to make you love… Unlike with that, you can be free. 

03 – Example: Mimi threw away an amazing job, looking for more! 

(0:14:27) – Mimi quit this amazing job. Then she started crying, “I wanna go!” OK, It ain’t gonna work! 

(0:14:55) Mimi: “I thought I was supposed to have more. I didn’t have enough.” She had a white lady job! 

(0:16:04) JLP: If you have sugarwater with cornbread. Grandma’s preparation. We didn’t know we were poor. 

(0:17:05) Thoughts make you compare yourself to others. “You don’t have enough.” Mimi climbing electric poles, being an electrician! Thoughts lie to us, and we believe it! 

04 – Save money for an emergency? A life of “just in case” vs a life of certainty 

(0:18:05) – Colin: She was saving money for an emergency! What is an emergency? Ukraine under Stalin, they starved in the Holodomor. 

(0:21:33) Preppers? Dumb! JLP rant… The food spoiled. No emergency. (0:23:31) “I have a year of storable food.” JLP: Who wanna live a life of just in case? Why not live a life of certainty? (0:24:10) Why don’t you drop it? 

(0:25:15) You don’t feel the pain. If you never thought of you, what would happen? No more pain? Why don’t you do it? “What else can I do?” (0:26:04) Give them all that food you stored up in Ukraine! (0:26:14) JLP: I love being free. (0:26:52) Not an example of an emergency! That’s common sense! 

(0:27:14) No such thing as an emergency. Get rid of ideas. Where’d you get the idea of an emergency? (0:28:49) “I was trying to relate to Mimi.” 

(0:29:25) Drop the idea of emergency — you’ll create your own emergency! 

05 – Raymond: Gentleman, Mimi playing God. Having enough. No emergency. 

(0:30:25) – Raymond: The gentleman (Colin) was about “What if”? “An element of ego, not only in him, but in Mimi as well.” They’re playing God in that situation. 

(0:31:54) Mimi: Colin trying to relate brought clarity: “I only have JUST enough…. Emergency. Disaster.” 

(0:33:19) JLP: No emergency. Mimi… JLP: Most don’t trust God. No relationship with thoughts otherwise. No thoughts about God. They’d be free. 

(0:35:49) Mimi almost seems to break down a little bit. I start dancing… (0:37:29) Nothing there. 

06 – Struggling with Prayer? Participating with mess! Can’t help, can’t control. 

(0:37:53) – Set to do the Silent Prayer, but struggling?  (0:38:11) Struggle with being still? Norwegian-sounding gal… 

(0:38:53) Cried last night. Knew you were lying? IG videos. 

(0:40:42) You are complicated. Not your life. She agrees: Life is easy. Humans make life complicated, her mother told her. Humans are always reaching out. Some know it comes from within. 

(0:42:34) JLP: Stop participating with the world’s mess! The young lady… Don’t even offer to help! You don’t want them to rely on you at all. … If you do, you will be destroyed. … No such thing as problems. No such thing as an emergency. Thought is just a thought. Thoughts are subject to the Spirit of Truth. They have to obey it. But you won’t let them, because you take over. 

(0:46:09) The young lady: Any situation, I’ve been taken care of. … You don’t need to understand or control. 

07 – True story: Destroyed by a wife. 

(0:47:38) – True story of a guy who never dated before. Working for a food place with a woman who hit on him. He fell for it. He married a month later, and she ripped him off! His house, his pension… Her first husband she had a kid with him — he moved into the man’s place! Too weak to say no. His father stepped in. They moved to Texas, and nothing worked. He ran out of money. She beat him to death with a bat, for his insurance money. 

08 – Mimi: Don’t understand? Don’t interpret. Who’s interpreting?

09 – “Emergency, What if” versus the solid foundation 

(0:53:35) – Man with an accent talking about Colin’s “emergency.” Times are changing: Fear of the future. Rough in L.A. He’s from Germany. Did Hitler come with you? (0:54:28) Welcome. He continues. You need a solid foundation. The wind will blow you. (0:55:48) Oh, Loco is Mexican, not German! 

(0:56:05) Bill / William from Detroit: Any “what ifs” — unstable double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. No “ifs.” 

(0:56:50) Doug … JLP: Thoughts MUST obey the Spirit of Truth. You don’t let it happen, because you don’t trust God. … 

10 – First-timer family. “A Beautiful Mind,” stop acknowledging thoughts 

(0:58:54) – Biblical Question, young lady. Your kids are looking at you. Jessica from Bakersfield with her husband and kids. Working on yourself? Daily. Obey your husband? “I do.” Nice! Hard to obey? In the beginning of our marriage, it was. 13 years. (1:01:04) Forgave mother (1:02:05) Patient with children? 

(1:02:34) Husband, Joe, BQ? Weeklong conference. Any Q? Thoughts thought, A Beautiful Mind movie. Russell Crowe, genius, wrestles with his thoughts… He sees/imagines things. When he stopped acknowledging them, they disappeared. Powerful. (1:04:34) Thank you, Jesse … 

11 – Biblical Question? Affected by words? “I didn’t realize I looked funny!” 

(1:05:31) – I have no idea, BQ… We’re live all over the world! And you can listen on your PHONE. 

(1:06:14) Affected by words? Dolores… yes, didn’t catch it! 

(1:10:31) Did your husband leave you? I was focusing. Jesse imitates her overly serious distracted look, exaggerating it. Did your dog die? She answers BQ, yes. What’s on your mind right now? “I didn’t realize I looked funny. I’m sorry!” 

(1:12:17) Andrew (I think) one of the Korean guys… Situation A, Situation B, both upsetting me. The spirit in me… Bad habit, been doing it all my life. What if you didn’t overreact at all to it? (1:15:09) As long as I’m overreacting, I’m in a state of hate, not love. 

(1:16:03) Raymond on BQ… 

12 – Love described our connection to God, but they switched it to be between people. 

(1:17:11) – German guy Q (or comment, rather) about the word “love,” which was first preserved between man and God, our connection to Him. But then it switched to be between people. (1:17:59) JLP: You speaking low, and you speak in “Hitler.” 

(1:18:51) Hake reiterates… Thank you, Hitler. “Geez,” somebody says. 

13 – I want to be with God, but don’t think I can. “I’m regurgitating.” Don’t give up.  

(1:19:52) – Back to BQ, man can’t say a whole lot. Why not? He elaborates … Awkward silence. (1:22:54) JLP: Right now we’re just staring at each other. … Not ready to stay on the straight and narrow road? Thought you were ready? I want it, but I don’t know if I can stay on the path. Why not give it a try and see? Or just suffer — it’s fine with me and God, and Jesus. “I feel so ignorant in this moment.” Go sit between Colin and Mimi. You feel stupid? He says: “Stay present.” 

(1:25:34) Q: Should you throw away what’s making you act out? Throw away playing God, judging, living in thoughts. Throw that away. “Yea, it’s internal. It’s inside.” JLP: Don’t identify with them anymore. “I’m still stuck on the wanting to be good. Like I want to be with God.” “I’m regurgitating.” Speak from the chest, and say it, so we can move on! White people a mess, huh! (1:28:41) Silent Prayer, being present. 

(1:29:17) Look how bad Mimi acting! She’s not giving up! Don’t give up. 

14 – Back to BQ: I identify with my ego, visiting Georgia family inspired envy! 

(1:29:53) – Back to BQ: I still identify with my ego. Jason (I think). JLP: But you ain’t nobody! (1:31:10) 95-percent…? Can’t want for both. JLP: This is a mental institution. (1:32:14) I got caught up in my thoughts, seeing what my family had! “I wanna show off my new house!” (1:33:57) You still gonna be miserable! “My confession.” They don’t like you, your family! 

(1:36:24) BQ, man in the hat. My ego is affected by words. (White Hispanic man) I’m not, but my ego is. 

15 – BQ: Hassan (not Ye!) In the present, you’re never bored…  

(1:37:50) – Let’s go to Kanye. “Ye.” Hassan! BQ… “Not as much, but STILL once in a while… a little dagger could slip through…. Yes.” Why? Not overcome thoughts, ego. Why not? “Sometimes… you’re bored… I used to seek it out…” 

(1:40:18) JLP: Did you know in the present, you’re never bored? 

(1:41:11) The Jew guy, BQ. The Argentine. BQ: No. 

(1:41:47) Bill: Absolutely not. 

16 – Derrick on-stage: Affected by words? 

(1:43:31) – Derrick on-stage BQ… For the most part no, to a degree, yes. Baggy pants back in-style 

17 – Brother, 12, and sister, 11, angry at times 

(1:46:46) – Joe Joe (sp), 12, anger? Yeah. Why? My sister, other stuff.

(1:54:50) Do they have a statue of Hitler? Bavaria. They don’t see black people there. They’ll want to touch your hair. Do you see the Holocaust place? Jewish or German? Two-percent Jewish in gene test. Wanted to see the misery, death. The white people think the Jews are lying. We’ll take them to Germany.
