Men's Forum: Jesse talked on his radio show Friday morning about our monthly Men’s Forum the prior evening. Men from around Southern California meet the first Thursday of the month, 7pm at BOND in Los Angeles.
We talk about things going on in our lives, how we see the world and ourselves — young men and old, many Christians, some not. Because the men trust and respect one another, they never repeat anything personal or private shared in meetings.

We talked about Jesse's biblical question of last week, asking why Jesus told the people, "Do not worry."
We also talked with a divorced father whose ex-wife has kept his children from him.
Jesse Lee Peterson led BOND's monthly Men's Forum on Thursday, October 6. Jesse's mission is to rebuild men. A child feels lost and incomplete when he has a weak father and emotional mother. In many cases such a boy or girl may never recover.
New guys showed up — very intelligent, looking for answers to their issues. They'd been to different churches and in bad relationships. They talked about their their fathers and mothers.
(Watch 8-minute excerpt) At church, Jesse talked about evil he saw in people, but he has compassion on those driven by it. One woman said she suffered sexual abuse as a child and does not forgive. She will not pray consistently.
One young man was raped by his stepfather as a young boy, and his mother became cruel toward him. Jesse said she cannot help herself. The young man asked how to forgive her. He had an affair with his father’s wife, but his father forgave him.
