And never date if they already have a boyfriend. And never spend your money. Except Burger King or McDonald’s. (0:08:00) Dating is not complicated, except guys don’t know not to spend money. Suddenly you’re an anti-Semite. A sense of entitlement. (0:16:14) JLP: Anyone who thinks they’re a victim is vicious. They’ll destroy you if they don’t get what they want. A victim person is an evil person. Donyale brings up the Holocaust like blacks with slavery. Jewish fatigue like black fatigue. (0:16:58) Being still… Thankful for Jesse and for the move. (0:17:57) Jesse asks her if she grew up with a mentality of friendship between Christians and Jews, and Israel. She feels it was propaganda. 2B - It didn't used to be like this.

(0:20:56) - JLP: When we grew up and studied the Bible, we didn’t think of the Jewish people, but the religious aspect of it. Visiting Israel… (0:22:53) No Jew was spitting on us. 2C - It doesn't make sense to hate. Leave your hate at home!

3A - In my head over dispute with contractor

(0:30:50) - Man watched Revolver … Contractor insulting. I start almost hating him. Disagreement over what I owe. The work’s not done correctly. Going over it, trying to relax. (0:33:20) JLP: Don’t react to him at all. Let him act how he will. The man responds… (0:34:07) When will you stop worshiping the Devil?

3B - What's he doing wrong? How does he let it go?

(0:35:37) - Another man is a contractor and says you might not get paid but whatever. (0:36:44) The first man says if it’s not the contractor, it’s women, or someone else. (0:37:03) What is he doing wrong? Christina (Randy’s wife) on control and arguing. (0:37:48) JLP says he has grits or eggs or something… She says Silent Prayer, sit in your hell. Let go and let God take control. (0:38:35) How does he let it go? She points out her husband being really good at taking a lot of crap at work. (0:39:28) Randy — JLP: Once you do let it go, the rest of your life you’ll never deal with it again. — back to Randy: Feeling those emotions inside you is not you, but trying to control you. An infection, bacteria, let it run its course, you’ll be sick a few days. Allow that to take its course. (0:42:14) Randy: Autopilot.

3C - He missed it. Do you see there is no you? Repeat what I said.

(0:42:48) - JLP: He laid it out clearly. I could tell you weren’t getting it. (0:43:28) Do you see there is not you? (0:44:52) JLP: One of the primary things he said … those feelings aren’t you… (0:46:34) Repeat what I said. … Do nothing. Two demons arguing.

3D - You don't know what's coming. Practice being present.

(0:47:30) - JLP: You don’t even know it’s coming! You’re living in time, a future or past that doesn’t exist! Eternal life … (0:49:15) Your thoughts or my thoughts are not my own? Who’s me? I’m crazy! (0:49:52) Why are you not practicing staying present?

3E - So relatable. Husband bought wrong Califia milk! Stop mid-sentence.

(0:50:47) - Donyale: So relatable. I could not wrap my brain around “it’s not me.” — ”Are we being Kool-Aided”? Thoughts, songs in my head, voices out of nowhere, felt like a nervous breakdown. (0:53:11) Husband bought the wrong Califia milk… JLP calls it Coleco milk (0:54:19) I stopped talking mid-sentence — it shocks the Devil.

3F - JLP: Test the Devil. Feel like fighting? Don't.

(0:55:50) - JLP: You can test the Devil. When the feeling comes to want to fight back, don’t. (0:57:18) Don’t think about how it’s going to go… (0:58:23) Franky on dealing with contractors: Expectations, making people happy. Some can’t be fixed. Reading people…

3G - JLP on Jewish business owners, Mexican employees

(0:59:52) - JLP: Don’t hire Jews who hire Mexicans. They’d pay the Mexicans Friday, and they’d get drunk off the paycheck money, and not show up on Saturday!

4A - Miss Alabama moving out. Roommate loudly talking about me on phone with mom

(1:01:45) - Miss Alabama (the Southern gal) walks up to the front row… I’m moving out! (Bad roommate situation.) (1:03:52) Loudly talking about me with his mom on the phone — this morning. He told his mom I freaked out. It really bothered me. “I freaked out?” While I was in the Silent Prayer. (1:04:47) JLP: Christ said don’t fight. (1:05:40) She showed her replacement the fight, and he was giving bad vibes. JLP tells something to the man with the contractor problem…

4B - Assignment? There is no "you" to defend!

(1:06:43) - Assignment? Assignment: Catch the first thought. (from Church 11/14/25) It’s not happening to you. It’s NOT happening to you. He’s not saying those things about you. You’re trying to protect a you that doesn’t exist! (1:09:20) He’s been stomping loudly, he lives above me. (1:09:51) JLP: It’s not him. He can’t help himself. Same spirit in him and you.

5A - Doug catching the thought: confrontation, embarrassment

(1:10:07) - Doug: I lived a little bit this week. He had a life! Holy smokes. Assignment. Walking slowly. Slow your roll! (1:11:12) … (1:11:35) At the gym 5am. Who wants to argue then? Girls talking, not using the machine. She says, You guys can go work out over there. I didn’t let the whole b-word get out. It took about a half-hour. Feeling bugging me. (1:13:38) I said something wrong, awkward silence, totally embarrassed. Hot, sweaty. I realized this is not even me. Going through it. Everybody looking at me. “What an idiot.” (1:15:00) Doug to Daniel (the man with the contractor disagreement) — the more I can stay out of my head, and the willingness to deal with it anyway, nothing like what I was thinking, resolves nicely. (1:16:14) JLP: It will always work out if you have a wait and see.

5B - Thinking I should be further along

(1:16:44) - Doug & Jesse: Going through the week, harder to catch it, thinking I should be further along, thinking I should be somewhere. No thinking! As soon as I said it out loud.

(1:25:26) - Shayan: Revolver is amazing. The character hated the elevator. Similarly I hate the air conditioning vent. (1:26:33) JLP: Were you a sickly child? Who thinks about the elevator vent? (1:27:09) Mentality of a strong, healthy body? One of those! Your mama! (1:28:17) Just a thought. Your body breaks down because your mind believes it. (1:29:04) I have to slow down talking. (1:33:44) - JLP: Count it all joy. Take the pain. The more pain, the happier. The sooner you’ll get past it. (1:35:08) Doug was embarrassed in front of 1000 people, they were thinking “DEI”! (laughter) Just kidding, probably not!

9A - Actress' moral qualms about a script she's "cosigning" playing a lesbian

(1:35:39) - Miss Alabama reading a script she has moral qualms about. (1:37:04) JLP: Be the best slut! That’s not who you are. Your job is to do the best job… (1:37:46) What morals and values? Showcase personalities — it’s all acting, even in real life. What morals and values do you have? “I am a Christian.” (1:39:01) I was a lesbian … (1:39:33) What would happen if you dropped your morals and values? Drop ‘em. Were you a boy lesbian or girl lesbian? “Girl.” God doesn’t care about that. You’re just acting. Live by the light. Made-up morals and values enslave you. (1:40:56) Your job is to play a role. Be Betty Davis or Joan Crawford.
