2A – Wife: I attacked! Didn’t catch myself till too late. Stop correcting him. 

(0:07:28) – Wife first… What changed since last Sunday? Review: Wife crazy as a bat! What happened? (0:08:01) Wife: “It was really bad.” All the evil I was suppressing exploded like a volcano. I realized I was losing control. I can’t be his mom, can’t control him. I fought it. All hell broke loose. 

(0:08:45) Attacking him? “Oooh, are you emotional?” (0:09:28) “Leave.” But I didn’t leave. 

(0:09:51) Why didn’t you catch yourself and stop? (0:10:55) I did catch myself, after it was already too late. 

(0:11:25) Everything is fine now? No. I didn’t wanna come. Poster child for an evil woman. But we already know you’re evil! (0:12:03) I stopped doing all these things for him, and for others. (0:12:29) I didn’t wanna come, and face myself. I’m evil, controlling, destructive. 

(0:13:15) Will you stop correcting him? (0:13:46) Why haven’t you realized you can’t do anything about another person’s life? Just now! Silent Prayer. Working on self a year. 

(0:14:32) Feel hot, embarrassed. (0:14:52) Apologized to the children? (0:15:10) Everybody looking at you. I saw Doug turn away from me. Maneater! 

2B – Husband: How did you handle the attacks? I got emotional. 

(0:15:38) – Husband: How did you handle the attacks? … (0:16:37) She was right behind me in the kitchen as I tried to make the kids dinner. “Go away.” (0:17:18) Got emotional, verbally lashed out! Cried? Without tears. I turned beta. Threw stuff down, walked to get away from her. She followed me. (0:18:27) She’s blocking the door. 

(0:18:53) This sound like one of those psycho movies. (Raymond, move from view of young man behind you.) 

(0:19:19) Why didn’t you climb thru the window? 2nd floor. Why don’t you leave if you’re so unhappy? She didn’t like that. Day 2. (0:20:09) Knocked over a cardboard cutout from Stater Bros that has Post Malone on it. “You still wanna get married, man?” Jesse asks a young man. 

2C – He forgave aging mother who forced him to stay with sick grandma. 

(0:20:48) – Really good spaghetti btw. All that anger. JLP: What’s you learn about yourself? Forgave mother. How’d that go? (0:21:22) Forgave mother on Tuesday. (0:22:27) Back story, wife’s aunt died of lupus. Covid times… Aunt’s bf limiting how many can see her. (0:23:38) I was OK not going in. She cast me as coldhearted. I didn’t know her well. 

(0:24:13) Wife painting me in this bad light. My mom’s mother was staying with us with cancer. She forced me to stay in with her and do my homework as a kid. Mom’s diary… (0:25:35) She said, I know you weren’t happy, and I didn’t understand why. My twin sister would leave, but I was more compliant even though I hated it. She said she was sorry. (0:26:38) I wasn’t going to hold anything against her. (0:27:19) She figured it was something. I don’t take her to lunch. 

2D – Felt great till I got home. 

(0:27:35) – How are you feeling now? Felt amazing till I got home. Wife’s mistake paying rent: Old bank account. Late fee. She doesn’t take mistakes/failure well, or from other people — lashed out. (0:30:03) 11yo daughter saying, Dad, just do it (some calculation). 

(0:30:35) Satan still waiting at the door. 

2E – Why did you marry her? No man is happily married, unless… 

(0:30:48) – What you gonna do? Why did you marry her? “I thought I was in love with her.” 

(0:32:14) I have an imperfect marriage. All do. Most men are afraid of their wives. They’re not put together by God. (0:33:17) No man is happily married. Either he’s working on himself, or totally surrendered to her. Taken her last name and everything. 

(0:34:44) Work together? Spiritually? Be of love, not of hate. 

2F – Why did you marry him? Hating husband, hating God! 

(0:35:32) – Why did you marry him? I wanted a man to take care of me. Financially “Take me to heaven”?! 

(0:36:15) If you marry, and hate your husband, you’re hating God! Don’t hate. (0:37:25) Who lied to you? Thoughts. Yep, absolutely. 

(0:37:46) What you gonna do? Pray… Stop controlling. (0:38:05) JLP: Start catching yourself. You gonna wanna beat him up some more. Thrills, get a reaction. When the Devil say pounce, don’t do it. Catch yourself: stop at the first thought. Say no to the Devil. (0:39:06) Women hate weak men. He can’t do anything about your salvation. 

2G – Never argue with her again. Call the police. “I think they call it verbal abuse.” 

(0:40:05) – Never argue with her again. Walk away. Watch out for pots and pans, to protect yourself. “She gets so mad.” (0:40:54) … Don’t walk out the door. Just don’t respond. Call the police. (0:41:24) “I think they call it verbal abuse.” (0:42:13) Kids gonna be happy b/c daddy is happy, with her in jail. 

(0:42:54) You goin’ to jail! Don’t argue with her at all. Lay your weapons down. She’s verbally, emotionally, abusing me. 😢 

(0:44:09) Forgive father? He died. Devil’s gonna get in your head and on her. 

2H – Why holding your head in shame? “I’d have stopped. I’m not going to jail!” 

(0:44:59) – Why are you holding your head in shame right now? He’d taken away all my power! 10 years ago had he done that I’d have stopped. … I feel good. (0:46:03) Glad you came. This is the hospital to be in. Energy you never knew existed. Don’t let the Devil beat you down. Stop arguing with the Devil. 

(0:47:14) – Hold your head up! It’s not you. It’s the hell in you. Stop giving into the Devil. 

2I – Feedback for couple… It’s in you. 

(0:47:55) – The young lady, what did you wanna say to her? (0:48:24) You were thinking what? “Drop it… Fruitless enterprise she was in…” (0:49:31) I like long walks. I don’t like to chase. 

(0:49:50) – Young man, 12, says call the police. 

(0:50:17) – Colin: It’s the Devil in him — not her beating him down. (0:50:31) JLP: It’s in you. Don’t react to it. 

03 – Vices destroy you: False identities 

(0:50:49) – Colin: Your vices destroy you. What’s that mean? Sex, drinking, smoking, identities, bad guy, good guy… Because you’re angry, Satan gives you those identities/traumas. Makes you think that’s who you are. 

(0:52:28) When you truly forgive, you’ll overcome your body. It’s the fake you that’s afraid. Destroy you: Keeps you away from real life. Only while you live now can you overcome. 

4A – Getting out of the lease with problem roommates 

(0:54:06) – Southern gal, “Miss Alabama,” I’m out of the house, but still having to deal with him. “Be a doormat.” 

(0:56:27) I’m technically still on the lease, till somebody takes over. (0:57:17) Let the owner know. 

(0:58:52) – You can break the lease, especially if there’s domestic issues, in the State of California. Deal with the owner, not them. 

4B – Did you go ‘black female’ on them? Be a doormat. 

(0:59:31) – JLP: Did you go black female on them? That’ll do it! … Oh good, don’t go black female. Stay with white love. 

(1:00:43) … Love, don’t hate your enemies. 

4C – Jealous actress: Ex-boyfriend got a national commercial! 

(1:01:37) – Question: My ex is an actor, popped up on my screen, a national commercial. “Omg! … Honestly, good for him… Why does he get a national commercial, and I don’t!” 

(1:03:16) Is he acting white? Fan favorite! 

(1:03:32) If that was your friend: I could see in your head the Devil having a field day with you. (1:03:55) JLP: I’m laughing at her, with her, about her, everything. 

(1:04:13) Woman: Don’t be jealous. JLP: Jealousy is not pretty. Stopping rewards from the Spirit of Truth. 

(1:04:43) Gal: “I agree…. He works hard… but errhhh!” JLP: All thoughts lies. Do you know how to let that thought go? 

05 – Couple like Rick & Morty characters 

(1:06:41) – Back to this couple: Like Rick & Morty. You’re just like Jerry, weak, softspoken. Wife dominant, angry. Kids messed up. Household not in order of God. Jerry stops getting bullied, and stands up for himself. (1:07:45) I argued with a woman, weak, beta, why she didn’t respect me. 

(1:08:32) – Doing well? She’s not black. You don’t think she’s black? White on the inside.

(1:09:10) – BQ: Animal nature vs human nature? (1:10:02) Nothing. Well they don’t have souls. They don’t think about their lives. Got confused. (1:11:01) Andrew… (1:11:41) Raymond… Alexis: Destroy its own world.

07 – Wrote 8-page letter to my mother 

(1:13:55) – …Guy’s first time here, saw Jesse on YouTube… Forgiven mother? “Great question.” Moved to L.A. 8 years ago. Traditional therapy. 8 page letter to my mother. Others got a page or half-page. I burned them in my kitchen, but my mother… I wrote it in my early 40s, trembling. I sent it to her, “Gonna be interesting.” … texts, going off on me… acted like nothing happen later. (1:19:11) Thinking about my childhood all the time, but it stopped after. 

08 – What’s it like being a doormat? 

(1:19:46) – … Taking the pain? Anybody been a doormat? Jim in Alaska: Not to throw my wife under the bus? Just gotta let it go. Not take it personally. Doormat? Yessir. Handling it a lot better. Makes it a lot easier. (1:20:47) Makes it easier if both are working on themselves. Married since 1988, eloped in HS… 

(1:21:18) – Another man doing it. (1:21:59) Andrew, doormat to my own mind. (1:22:07) Doug too. Saying it all week. “I’m a doormat.” 

8B – JLP: Stop fighting so the false self can die. Backed off husband? 

(1:22:54) – JLP: Being a doormat. We’re sons and daughters of God. THe real you is not suffering. 

(1:24:17) Vanessa: Nobody owes me anything, and I don’t need anything. Did you back off your husband? “Ohh…” That means no. “No no no! I got corrected… ” 

9A – Endurance: What does that mean? 

(1:26:01) – Theme: Endurance. What’s that mean to you? Young lady answers… (1:26:43) Colin… 

9B – He who endures to the end shall be saved 

(1:26:54) – He who endures to the end shall be saved. (1:28:42) “Call a prostitute.” Don’t do it. Take the pain of that thought, emotion… (1:29:49) Take cross to Calvary. Sometimes someone will help you with it, with sound advice. Ego pain, don’t take medication. Stress, worry. Endure it. Die from the false self, the body self, the thoughts. Rise… 

9C – Men, women: Loving children more than God? 

(1:31:43) – Endure. Ladies, when the Devil tells you your husband doesn’t love you. Men, if you’re with a woman who has children for you. You break up. Don’t go to court if she wants to take your children. You gotta fight this heifer tryna see your kids! (1:33:09) Don’t let her use your car! And don’t give her extra money! You love your children more than you love God. (1:33:52) I made a baby with the Devil… The Father will work out your situation! If you loved them you would let them go. 

(1:35:28) JLP recounts his story with his children’s mother. Painful losing my son! It was ego pain, but I didn’t know. Got a lawyer. 

9D – Eternal life… Don’t fight. Ruler of your own world.  

(1:36:56) – God loves us. Endure now the pain of the ego. Those who endure to the end will receive eternal life. Won’t experience it … 

(1:38:39) Don’t fight…. (1:39:28) “You don’t care about my feelings!” Right. 

(1:39:55) Christ overcame the body, the ego… YOu’re not your past, future, feelings, money. (1:40:57) Ruler of your own world. No one can touch you. 

9E – Q: Carrying the cross? 

(1:41:22) – Colin asks the difference between Christ carrying the cross vs being on the cross. Endure the ego death. Endure the weight of your ego. Keep the commandment. (1:42:33) Love God, love neighbor. … (1:44:02) Paradise is lost and found in the mind. 

9F – JLP on BQ: Animal level people … 

(1:44:27) – Jesse also answers the BQ … eaten by the lion, or pick and choose as they pass by… 

(1:45:58) – Question? Process lifelong… Walk through the world consciously? I thought it was to be a monk and sit in peace outside the world. (1:46:55) JLP: The world was made for us. You’ll be able to enjoy the world. They won’t see you, but you’ll see them. (1:47:26) JLP: People grin when they don’t even feel like grinning!  

10A – Dogs vs people. People could learn from animals?  

(1:47:45) – Animals are unconscious. They start to believe they love animals: My dog loves me. (1:48:51) People feel the same way about the children that they do about the dog! (1:49:26) Isn’t that an insult to animals? In your fallen state you’re not thinking. In an animal state. Turned from God. Daniel thinks dogs are right to bite, but not people. 

(1:51:38) JLP: That’ll break your heart knowing dogs don’t have souls. (1:52:42) Don’t wanna be a dog! (1:53:12) It’s not a fair comparison! 

10B – Dogs over Buddhists in Thailand 

(1:53:58) – Uncle with sister and her son, first-timer … similar to Antonio, saw years. Clicked. It’s a bit Buddhist. (1:55:04) What’s stoicism? If there’s nothing in you to be affected you can’t be affected. Christian aspect clicked too. I live in Thailand. Tallest person there. (1:55:41) 6’5”. Dog thing, they don’t eat dogs. In Ohio, Haitians eat dogs! Lots of stray dogs in Thailand. Buddhist passive, let them bite people! “It’s OK, just get your rabies shot.” That’s insane! 

(1:56:47) Don’t wanna be seen beating… You would LOVE living in Thailand! 

11 – Feel too guilty to forgive mother? Destroying your son 

(1:57:41) – Jennifer, you didn’t wanna come today? We drove. He forgave our mother, I have not. You’re destroying your son! (1:59:51) It’s not kicking her when she’s down. You won’t enter eternal life… Today if possible. 

(2:03:22) Aren’t you glad you came? Son so glad. You’re already destroying him.
