(0:13:11) – Helped to practice staying present? Colin: Absolutely. Trials. Jarring. I only do it when stressed… Designed to be weak? It wants you to be weak: Temptations. Even agreeing/disagreeing. Safer option. Ego. (0:14:40) JLP: It doesn’t want you present with God. (0:16:29) How does it feel being weak? I’m getting tired of it, disgusted.

04 – Listening, understanding, raising my daughter effortlessly 

(0:18:04) – Man speaks on not agreeing/disagreeing. I stop doing that — I listen and understand better. Being present, interacting with my daughter is effortless. 

05 – Wants a girlfriend bigtime — concerned what people think 

(0:19:36) – Lenny (sp) — Idk how to get a girlfriend. You want one? Yeah! Bigtime! 24. Why? Children. S—. Companionship too. Pass on the bloodline, main goal of life. Wife, kids, house, retire, die. Sad way to live. Best way is not to want one. … 

Grandma thinks I’m gay, it bothers me. (0:22:23) You’re wrong for thinking about it. No happy marriages at all? Not even Trump or Charlie Kirk? 

(0:23:44) Forgave. “Oh, crap, my bad.” … Don’t look forward to anything. Where is that? There’s nothing to look forward too? Lemmy (sp) — Who am I? “I’m single!” 

06 – Building BOND without a thought. Man is untrustworthy, living with mamas 

(0:25:43) – If you don’t look forward to anything, how’d you start BOND…? 

(0:27:17) JLP on starting BOND: For the blacks only at first… Whites and others have the same problem. Some blacks left, got mad! (0:28:11) Didn’t you always wanna be in media? I couldn’t speak well.

(0:32:35) – Man also gets called gay for not having a girlfriend. They’re jealous? They’re in misery — want you in hell with them. They take it out on others. (0:34:05) JLP: Don’t judge them. 

08 – JLP: You don’t want belief. BQ… 

(0:34:32) – JLP: Everybody has belief. Everybody’s screwed up. Even Christians believe in Jesus, yet they’re screwed up, no idea about life. You don’t want belief. 

(0:37:29) JLP: You don’t have any idea what the truth is. Give up EVERYTHING. Belief. Stuff you’re holding onto. Comparing yourself to others. Thinking you know what you want. Can’t hold onto anything. Ego nature will fall away, and will die if you be present instead of lost in your head. Satan is living in your belief. (0:38:44) There is no you.

09 – What is she saying? 

(0:39:45) – Vanessa on her cave people question: I was going unconscious. I beat myself up after. Is it what Eve did? (0:40:34) JLP: Stay here, and talk about you right now. … Maybe because I’m black. 

(0:41:18) Mimi: Trying to make connections with her thoughts to what issue she’s having. … I’m black. 

(0:41:46) Vanessa: I’m not saying anything, because there’s nothing to say. 

(0:42:55) Nick understands — she’s tripping on thoughts… She took it too seriously. 

(0:43:43) Man says she debates others, and feels like she’s casting pearls to swine, and gets in her head why she keeps doing that. 

(0:44:21) Vanessa: That helped 100-percent. Looking for outside validation. Silent Prayer. Stay out of your head — why not? 

10 – Mimi on BQ, Theme, Assignments 

(0:46:07) – Mimi on BQ: Christ said greater works you shall do… Being present… She starts to cry again, but seems to get over it right away. (0:47:18) We know you lyin’. “It’s not me that’s crying.” Thrills. I’ve been unconscious. (0:49:20) She references Vanessa, and knows what it’s like to be in your head. The not-you doing somersaults in your head. (0:50:15) Do you remind yourself it’s not you when the pain comes? Stay with it. 

11 – I always fail the Assignments. Communicate with few words. 

(0:50:31) – Another lady on agreeing, disagreeing. “I’d always fail the assignments. But at least I tried.” (0:52:21) Communicate with few words… (0:53:00) JLP friend goes on and on. And I don’t communicate back. He wears himself out. And he gets tired. (0:53:56) Not just women — men use more words sometimes. 

12 – Life after breakup: Tried to chase him. Stop: Shock the Devil. 

(0:54:10) – Life after love (“a breakup that occurred…”) ego, hurt, anger, emotions — allowed myself to feel it but let it go. Death in the family. Allowed myself to feel… 

(0:55:05) You chased them to try to keep them? Why? Were you aware? Why didn’t you stop? I did, eventually. After you killed him? Why didn’t you just stop in that very moment? “Too difficult.” (0:57:06) Stubborn. CRAZY, insane to want to be with someone. 

(0:58:16) Who did you blame? “Myself.” Why? Who are you? Who(m) were you blaming then? 

(1:00:05) You still judge? Why don’t you stop judging? When the man left, it was a perfect moment to shock the Devil… (1:00:56) JLP story: Francisco shocked when there was no coffee last Sunday. Feel the pain. There is no you to judge. It’s not you at all. The Devil wants you to judge yourself, so you can have a false identity. There is no you. 

(1:02:46) Catch the thoughts so you don’t go with it. … Don’t say you’re failing the assignments. Just realize you were unconscious. (1:03:26) The Devil got you. She speaks more post-breakup. 

13 – Are you nervous? Stop going with the “not-me” 

(1:04:21) – You nervous? My friends will recognize my voice. I’m usually very private. While you’re speaking, you’re thinking about the friend. I don’t wanna see myself on camera. Why not? No, it’s ok. But why not? Why don’t you wanna see yourself on camera? “It’s OK.” You like being nervous? I don’t mind talking as well. 

(1:06:16) Who is afraid? “The not-me.” How will you overcome it if you keep going with it? “Gonna take a lot of time.” How do you know? Give up thinking. The Devil is lying. 

14 – “Super nervous.” I don’t have a problem with my mother 

(1:07:56) – I’m super nervous. My heart is beating. 19. Forgiven mother? “She didn’t really do anything bad to me.” How did you become like her? (1:09:58) Social rules made it natural to be nervous, 20K years ago. (Reminiscent of the cave man talk that Vanessa brought up.) 

(1:10:33) What’s imperfect about your mother? (1:11:40) Getting on your nerves is not holding a grudge? (1:12:14) You don’t have any problems then. Not with my parents. 

15 – Why is there so much evil in the world? Feedback 

(1:12:56) – I’m undecided on religion. Why’s there so much evil in the world? I am privileged. White privilege? (1:13:44) JLP: You’re privileged because you’re white, man! Are you spoiled? I probably am. Why was I born this way, while a child in Gambia had to hunt and die?

16 – Feel sorry for others? They want to suffer. What about children? “Unjust”? 

(1:18:13) – Have any of the answers helped yet? Not really… (1:19:07) JLP: You feel sorry for the people who don’t have what you have? Feel bad enough you’d give away all your stuff? No.

(1:20:59) JLP: They wanna suffer. The 6yo boy is subject to his parents, so he has no choice. But adults want the pain. If they didn’t, they’d let it go. You don’t have a free will. Make all your thoughts disappear. Feeling sorry for others is misery. You don’t have a right to feel sorry for anyone. 

(1:23:16) … They suffer because they’re unconscious. … (1:23:54) “Unjust suffering” — Why do you call it unjust? (1:24:26) He died because he was in a car accident! Why doesn’t that make sense? 

17 – “Overthinking.” Stop thinking. 

(1:25:21) – JLP: Stop thinking about it, and the answer will come. “Overthinking.” Why are you doing that? You’ll find it by not thinking. “Kind of hard to not think.” And, “I like thinking.” As long as you think about it, you are blind. 

(1:27:00) That came from your mother — worry, trying to figure things out — intellectual. Intellect is evil. Very interesting perspective. No peace in thinking. Only when you stop thinking. Be present. Always know where you are and what you’re doing at all times, instead of being in the past or future. (1:27:58) Switzerland.

19 – Why get involved with any religion? Why not stop thinking? Prison 

(1:30:09) – The 19yo man is undecided — not necessarily atheist. Wants to put some thought in it. Wants to look at Buddhism, Islam, not just Christianity. (1:30:50) JLP: Why get involved with any religion? Why not just be you? 

(1:31:13) Another man, the 24-year-old single man, has a children’s Bible. I’m actually Mexican. 

(1:31:54) If you don’t have free will, how do you decide to do the Silent Prayer? (1:32:35) That’s not me? There is no you. Who are you? Idk… 

(1:33:03) Is it OK not to pick a religion? JLP: Better off not picking one. God has nothing to do with religion at all. “What if people judge you?” … What if I don’t wanna be gay — or look gay? How do you know the need is real? (1:35:10) Why don’t you give up thinking? It’s not working. (1:35:49) What makes you get a haircut? My hair’d get nappy, and I can’t comb it!

22 – Stop thinking.

(1:48:59) JLP: The moment you stop thinking… The Devil gets busy bringing up stuff to your memory. Don’t call it you. It’ll be taken away. 

23 – Drop identities. Stop believing, and know. 

(1:49:39) – JLP: Don’t give up, don’t call yourself failure or success. No more titles on yourself — don’t identify with anything. You don’t want any identities at all. The real you will appear. The assignments, keep doing them. Remember to stay present. Drop your belief. Can you do that Derrick?

(1:51:40) JLP: Stop believing, and know. Knowing is better. You will know the voice of Christ, of God. 

24 – I hate my roommate 

(1:52:12) – Southern gal, why you lookin’ lost? Situations not great. I HATE my roommate (1:54:13) Stop thinking. 

(1:54:44) – Don’t rely on me. Stop trusting thoughts. Stay present. And you feel justified. Nothing to complain about.
