(Watch 3-minute excerpt) Jesse talked about how to “clean the inside of the cup,” as Jesus told the people to do, in order not to live a life of falsehood. Rather, in Jesse’s words, we should “just be,” with God’s spirit of love inside us.

Jesse asked what it means to know yourself. Knowing thyself is a state of nonjudgmental attention without the question of why. God said to consider the birds; he takes care of them. Stop role-playing. Stop pretending to be pure and holy.
